The D-A-CH Congress 2011 - the German (D)-Austrian (A)-Swiss (CH) Tax Congress - takes place in Vienna, Austria, on 18 and 19 March 2011. It focusses on taxation issues regarding cross-boarder corporate actibitites. Participants can discuss questions on the practical implementation of The Treaty for the Avoidance of Double Taxation, since this issue is most important and meaningful.
In addition, recent case law regarding international fiscal law will be covered.
